Following the BUILD Conference presentation, Microsoft have released a developer preview of Windows 8. Reports indicate this is build 8102 and includes the new Metro UI along with a number of the new Metro Style apps Microsoft has been using in their public demos.
There are three releases available, 32 bit, 64 bit and 64 bit with the Metro Style SDK + some other toys (full release info quoted below).

I am currently in the process of testing the preview and cannot make any guarantees as to functionality yet. Be aware that this may bug out, not support your hardware and eat your first born child.
Note to Downloaders
I hope to test this on a bunch of my own devices soon to test support for various hardware configurations. If you download and test this preview, please report back with details on support/functionality so others may benefit from your experience.
